About the event
RK Christmas 2022 Team Challenge
- Entry fee is £12
- Everyone that enters will get a Christmas Gift.
- Winning team & Individual gain Chirtmas gift and prize.
- Teams will be allocated on an ability random order.
- Points will be awarded as;
- 1 point for completion of your tasks - (strength, intervals, tempo and long run) = 4/week
- Weekly team challenge - winning team = 10 points, 2nd 7, 3rd 4 points, 4th 2 points.
Each week will include;
4 x Strength videos
4 x Interval sessions
4 x Tempo / threshold runs including 1 x Handicap / timed run
4 x Long run
4 x Team Challenges (to be completed in a long run to contribute to the team total).
