1) Christmas Social and Handicap.....

Wednesday 28th 7.30pm meet at Jack Rabbits for a handicap race (further details announced shortly) followed by refreshments. Only £10. Buy your tickets at runknutsford.co.uk under events

2) 12 Days of Christmas.......This is a fun, social, challenge that will help you keep your running going during the weeks leading up to Christmas.....and you will earn yourself a bespoke Run Knutsford 2019 Calendar - all for only £5.

You can pick to do the challenge in either Km or Miles. You need to complete a run of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 m/km between 25th Nov and 19th Dec. This is set so you can get your reward at the last RK session before Chirstmas. You can of course start later and cram it in a little, or just finish a bit later!! You do not have to complete the runs in that order, but they must be individual runs.....yes you have to do a run of 1mile / km on its own!!!
