12 Days of Chirstmas

Officially this starts tomorrow......with the aim being to finish by the 19th December which will be the last Wednesday session before Christmas. I have created a Strava group and a Facebook page.....so all you need to do is;

1) Go to www.runknutsford.co.uk and sign up to the 12 Days of Christmas Challenge.

2) Join the Strava group (Run Knutsford 12 Days of Christmas)

3) Join the Facebook group (RK 12 Days of Christmas)

4) Get running. Decide if you are going to complete the challenge in Km or Miles and then complete 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 m/km runs as seperate runs and report back on FB/strava.

5) Complete the challange

6) Claim your prize!!!!
