Here is the route and the start times - first runner will be 7:30.

The route will start at the bottom of the car park by park (The Moor) - along and up Drury Lane, Garden Road, along to train station, down the hill, under the bridge, back down towards the park, up Drury Lane (2nd time) repeat course, then up Drury Lane (third time) FINISH at the top.

Along moaning about start times - will be ignored - unless accompanied by chocolate......
