Monday night run has 5 selfie challenges - theme is wood carvings. Dont need to do them all in one run. Three are in a neighbouring village.


Wednesday

Ensure a good 1mile warm up and cool down

Tonight’s session is 5 x 1K at 5K pace with 1 min rest / easy run in between.

Be sure to calculate the 1K target time for each of the intervals and aim for consistency.
